While N.R. allegedly was asking and promoting their locals as a way for fans and friends to send Those types of pictures for months if not over a year. Unfortunately, privacy is something they forfeited through their actions.

It was the clickbait titles that really got me, after a while every single video had these ridiculous hyperbolic titles with caps used to emphasise every verb, and then the video would turn out to be about nothing of any major importance. I think it was around the time of the Vic Mignogna drama.
There's something very creepy about his voice. I can't stand listening to it for very long. Too sing-songy and syrupy and smiley and smug. Based on nothing other than gut feelings, he's hiding something dark under all that phony giggling.
My favorite part of this drama is AFTER Arron's warrant was issued, that Keanu chick openly admitted to her husband sharing the photo(s) with her. Hollywood may have stopped putting out good comedies, but real life never fails me.
Unfortunately, I think Aaron will get off (no pun intended) on the fact that the Rekeitas are exhibitionists, proven by the fact that they went to Hedonism 2 in Jamaica. Meaning that Kayla has no reasonable expectation of privacy..... If Aaron's lawyer is decent. I'd like to see everyone get jailtime, if for nothing other than the lolz.
Or the fact that the Rekieta's both routinely posted nude pictures of themselves on Nick's discord and locals. Or the fact that in order for it to be felony RP it has to have been done "for the purpose of harassment", which unlike some certain doughy sadsack lawyer that wears a cowboy hat, i don't think anyone will have an easy time proving.

I would love to see example of a precedent where an exhibitionist/pron star successfully had someone prosecuted for revenge pron. Although I doubt it exists without extenuating circumstances.
