A video about how these boats get restored would be very interesting. Like what kind of materials are used, cost, craftsmanship etc. maybe you could even find some sponsors to completely transform your own boat. Thanks for the videos, big fan!
Anybody that bothers to put this much effort into giving any boat a new lease on life deserves a high five and a beer. And to be paid fairly for their efforts. Well done to the restorer and thanks for sharing this with us!
It just goes to show that with a little imagination and work you can keep an old boat looking bang up to date and yet still keep that retro feel.... The guy has done a good job keeping this boat.
For a 20 year old boat, the interior and exterior decor is truly stunning. I tip my hat to the owner who did this, truly fantastic work. Price is also very reasonable!
That's a great update of what is still a very sleek boat 20 years down the line. I know I keep saying but I am loving these reviews of the more affordable boats and this particular review was particularly interesting due to the the many updates the boat has received. Great stuff!
This just popped up in my TH-cam Home Screen even though a year old! Wow what a great looking boat, a mixture of ‘vintage’ Sunseeker with a box-fresh refit. Beautiful colour scheme & finish that has the WOW factor in spades! Refits might be an interesting addition to the channel Nick from small to large it would be good to see just what can be done & maybe offer a way into boating that is a little easier on the pocket!?! 😃👍🏻 (mine will deffo have a big mirror! 👋🏻😂)
I dont have The money to buy a boat, im not even allowed to drive one, i dont even have driverlicence, but for some reason, you and your videos make me wanna have one. It looks so amazing. Nice work man, keep it up!
Another excellent video and a really great presentation. Your enthusiasm always comes out so well and makes us all want to go buy a boat (if we could afford it)
I know this boat really well! The works on it are better than I could imagine to do to another SuperHauwk I visited years ago. I love it! It's an obsession: Every video I wait the moment to see "The Socks"!!!! 😂 At 50k subscribers WE PRETEND a little Giveaway for a lucky follower that will show his AQUAHOLIC socks in Montecarlo, Miami or St. Barth!!! 🤣 Actually in Miami are perfect with the flip flops and a NBA Lebron's Jacket! >> On a Mangusta 130 off course!! Too cool to stand!! 🤣
I think that's a really nice practical boat....it's got everything you need on a boating experience...speed..comfort..sleeping space..toilet & shower.....I for one would definitely have a good look at this if I had the cash to splash 😉👌
As always excellent presentation! Thanks for the video. I think its the first time Im commenting. Im originally from Guernsey and slightly affiliated with powerboating thru a friend who is still there and who you might know. Reason for my comment is that you mention the performance focus of the old Sunseekers, including this one a few times - perhaps in other words. Only that this boat is between 30 and 35 knots max. Underpowered. Looks the part, but isnt.
Lovely boat (still over £75k though) 😁. Great channel and always interesting. I also note that you like watches, an Omega Seamaster on this video, and I think a Rolex GMT pre ceramic on the last. 😁👍🏻
Not a bad price for the complete restoration/update and justifiable as a bachelor live-aboard or a port-hopping live-aboard for a couple who like frequent on-shore breaks.
I just love your videos. Top notch. I am always curious why the smaller boats do not use solar. You did an episode where you tested a solar outboard and it was so quiet. Why you cannot install an electric motor and a battery bank with solar cells on top of the bridge of the boat escapes me. If I had a million quid boat, the last thing I want to hear is engine noise in a paradise setting.
This has just been launched that will, but has to be a catamaran for low drag, low speed and with a huge solar array to work. sunconcept.pt/new/models/cat-12-0/
Nice boat! What a great update, really gives this vessel a new lease of life, and that’s got to be good for the planet. Plus, they don’t make ‘em like this any more, anyway! Sounds like good business....
Who knew Albert Pierrepoint was alive and well doing boat reviews. Monty would be so proud. I can see it now. Mr. Pierrepoint: The last review. "PULL".
Classic look with the modern very well done hats of to who ever did this project and thank you again for such a good video and thanks again for showing the group something more affordable. NEED TO SEE MORE PRODUCT PLACEMENT ALL HAIL AQUAHOLICS!!!!!!!!
Is it a tender? for an actual boat? :) Kidding aside, the restauration looks nice. I'm a little surprised that that's viable in this price range which makes me think that is a must do for larger boats which date surprisingly quickly back in time. Pre 2006 is pretty bad in an otherwise fine hull. I'm guessing a couple hundred thou can be restored of a vehicles value with new interior in the 60 size range.
@@AQUAHOLIC now i'm a little bit confused... that link you give is another channel, of a yacht magazine.. is that your work? And this channel is your hobby? (or second work ;p )
For a boat that size. That is just flat out getting it. That would turn heads. I wouldn't expect that boat to go that fast. Thank you for the follow up.
These designs need to come back... Honestly, I'd live in something like this vs a tiny home. Or rather, rent out my house and live on this (or rather a bigger cousin of this one, I believe they made a 44 as well)
Now that would make an excellent tender 😁😁😁. Was there a shower attachment in the toilet? Does the inner table collapse and allow for more sleeping accomodation? Many thanks again. Great video show around. Oh also are the engines new/refurbished?
I think the engines were refurbished but you'd need to check to find out what was done. Shower, expect so. Inner table, think it can - not a big job to convert it if not.
So, even cruising boats can be 'restomoded' (restored and modernized) just like classic automobiles. This owner and his team did a marvelous job.
Really like how you are going back to look at older boats. Great work
Yeah, he’s a legend
One of the best features of your Yacht walkthroughs is that you put the price in the title.
Love how you're incorporating older boats that are more within reach financially. Thanks Nick. Still love the big stuff too!
YOu're welcome, I love all boats. :)
@@AQUAHOLIC In The World Is Not Enough I remember that great shape and sleek bodywork, enough about Sophie Marceau though. There was a boat as well?

Still the best yacht tours on the net. Your enthusiasm in presenting these boats brings the video to life
Thanks Ken :)
Could listen to your descriptions all day, very knowledgeable!

One of the rare boats that’s beautiful, classic, timeless, and actually affordable. Thanks aquaholic
Fantastic little tour, of a fantastic little boat. Great job finding these little refurbished older boats 👍🏻

She looks great! For a 21 -22 year old boat, they did a bang up job on the restoration. Nice find!
They have done a good job on cabin lighting and cabinets, nice update and practical touch.
What a stunning rebuild! My jaw literally dropped when you entered inside th boat...
Another way to go Nick. Absolutely make's Yacht ownership much closer for people.
Actually a beaut revamp and very cosy boat fir a single person or couple! Very decent indeed!!
Great video as always! The detail of each review you do is getting better and better! I look forward to every upload
Thank you :)
Very well done refit. Looks like a fun boat to be in. Great for a weekend getaway.
Nice video. Thankyou.

I never know what to expect - a brand new multi-million pound super yacht, or a (relatively) bargaintastic 20 year old gem.
Fantastic renovation, would have thought it was a new boat if I did not know about all the work that has gone into it.
Another excellent video and a really great presentation.
