Hi, great video. I'm going there with my family this year (2025) also in may, from 17 till 25. Can You tell us in which days in May You were there? Because i still have some little concerns about the weather, but looking at Your videos it looks great! What about the temperature of the swimming pools in May? Are they heated also or not?
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it! We were there the first week of May, just after they opened for the season. The weather was generally great, around 22-23c and sunny most days but sometimes a little windy, and cool enough in the evening to need a sweater/trousers. The big pools were pretty cold, but the smaller pools for the kids were perfectly ok. Sadly none of them are heated though. In mid to late May you will have a really great time - we are very jealous as we’d love to go back. We hope you enjoy your holiday!
Thank you! Our block number was 8000 and we were told it was one of slightly newer blocks on the resort. We were on the end of that block, overlooking the Adventureland area 😊 are you heading there soon?
Yes. Myself and my family head out there at the beginning of September. We've been allocated block 9000. Did the distance to the main area bother you guys at all
Not at all! It feels big when you first arrive but actually nothing is really more than a 5 min or so walk away no matter where you are. Plus they have golf buggy ‘bus stops’ that go from one end of the resort to the other with a stop in the middle that you can hop on anytime. Hope you all have a great time there in September!
cool video but why do you let your kids make such a mess (13:50)? Other people use these tables and chairs too. I guess eating a cookie at home doesn't look like that, unless I'm mistaken?
Thanks for watching. Those cakes are very crumbly, and our son is autistic so he doesn’t understand just yet that he is making a mess, but we always clear up after ourselves before we leave! Just not something we tend to film on camera as it probably isn’t much fun to watch!
Fab video, we’re heading out there again in August. May I ask, were the entertainment team selling t shirts this year? My daughter got one on her last visit and is keen to get another
Thanks so much :) Yes! they were selling them around the pool during the day and in the evening. They’ve got a great team this season, we were really impressed. We’ll have another video up soon from the rest of our trip with some more bits of the resort & entertainment. Hope you have an amazing trip in August!
