There was literally no explanation as to what this bill is, except that the Georgians are clearly mad about it.
This bill is to get foreign funded groups to register and make public who is funding them. The US has the same type of law.
Looks like they don't want because Russia has it ( so does the US, not sure about the EU). Guess the US pays them more. And everyone needs more all the time.

Government wants to slander opponents as "foreign agents" ahead of elections, that's what this law is about. With arbitrary fines and lots of government discretion, the law is designed to bankrupt civil society organizations that keep government accountable.
