please check your facts properly. credit cards and debit cards are widely acceptable in most areas of klang valley. you can also pay by grab pay, touch n go and etc. Even Alibaba pay also some accepted. its an insult to say Kuala Lumpur is like Hong Kong 30 years ago. Did you ask the grocer you shopped there unable to accept your plastic card????? the main reason why cost of grocery is cheaper in Malaysia when compared to HKG is 90% of items you see in supermarket can be produced or manufactured in Malaysia. How many % of total goods sold in any HKG supermarkets are produced or manufactured in HKG?
