Addressing two climax combos that weren’t featured in the video: 1. Jaw Titan 0/0 (Pants) is fairly underwhelming since his climax combo can only be activated once per turn. It does have the pants support effect but in 8 Pants Reiner combo is usually the better option, and Reiner combo also discards climaxes so the need for a attack phase discard outlet isn’t there. The build that I’ve found potential use for Jaw Titan is in the old Predation Titan Army deck. 2. Floch 3/2 (Choice) isn’t a level 1 climax combo nor a finisher, but he does have the ability to disrupt the opponent’s board and have selective advantage. He has two major downsides: the first is that he requires your opponent to have a Level 3 character on board for him to be early played, so your opponent gets to control whether you can Floch combo at 2 or not. The second downside is he takes up a climax combo slot, so a Floch deck has to forgo a level 1 or level 3 climax combo, or run a three climax split. Fortunately, there are a number of high quality off-climax finishers in AOT such as the 3/2 Jean (set 3 R), 3/2 Levi (Set 1 RR), Eren Titan Musashi (Supply Set PR), and War Hammer Titan (Set 3 U). I’ve personally tried “My Fate to Bear” Eren into Floch Level 3, with climaxless topend finishers, and it seems to have some potential.
Been playing Door/Choice recently being Mikasa lv1 combo and Eren Titan lv3 combo. Been having a blast with it as AoT was what got me into the game with a R/Y/G corps build
Great video! Can't wait to try out some of these decks! I really like the Reiner finisher despite his drawbacks (I'm a sucker for that crazy high-end damage potential).
Still doing a lot of testing but in my opinion the Eren Titan is the most noninteractive value finisher, that is on Corps trait and also allows us to spend resources proactively at level 2. An endgame with 3/2 Jean and 3/2 Levi restander from set 1 also has a lot of potential since Levi has a support from set 2 that gives him “during this cards battle your opponent cant use backups or events”. Overall its hard to say what is the definitive best build, AOT has the tools to succeed though for sure.
Great Video! Is the 3/2 Mikasa Finisher with Climaxx combo no longer an option in the corps deck? Or is the Eren Titan better? And which of the featured decks do you think is the best? Possibly with ranking
The Mikasa finisher suffers from a very poor climax trigger and needing to reverse. I would personally play the new Levi finisher if you're okay with your finisher needing reverses still, he has a bit higher damage output potential on a much better trigger. Since the recording of this video I've gone through many more hours of testing and deckbuilding, and my current opinions can be summarized as such: - Eren L1 wind combo remains absurdly powerful against decks that can't deny his reverses. He can go into a variety of topend options, so I do think there is hope for this combo competitively moving forward. - Eren Titan L3 Combo is an easy slot in for a no hassle finisher that allows for flexible gameplans prior to level 3. His damage numbers are consistently solid and his cost is very cheap, and can also force a refresh point a lot of the time so his lethal range is deceptively high. The palette for what decks he can go in is pretty wide so I don't have strong opinions on what other climax combo he should go with. - Armored Titan combo is definitely the most lethal finisher so if an 8 pants deck can be found that can consistently get to that lethal range against the top decks, it's possible Reiner is the play. However, there's no playing around the fact that he's weak to all the tap/memory kick counters. - Levi L3 combo is surprisingly easy to pull off and a finishing turn with Jean 3/2 and double Levi is fairly consistent. His trigger is a bit suboptimal but I wouldn't fault anyone for using that topend at all. - A no climax combo finisher lineup of Jean 3/2, Levi 3/2 restand from set 1, and Musashi Eren Titan is also being explored as an extremely cost efficient non-climax finishing line, especially when Artur Braus' stockcharge effect is put on the Levi restand. This entire L3 lineup is supported by Armin hexproof support and Levi in particular has a 2/1 assist from set 2 that lets him turn off all events and backups during his battle. There is definitely something to be had with this endgame approach, and it opens up a climax slot for something like Floch 3/2 which can be a big strategy-breaker for wall based decks. - I'm not as much a fan of the Sasha topend due to the low quality of summon targets available.
@@TressasCollectibles Thank you for the detailed answer. In general, would you prefer the Fate to Bear Eren combo or the new Mikasa Lvl1 combo in the corps deck?
I was wondering if you have any substitution recommendations for the 0/0 armin Runner, in case we don't have any available for the "Corp" specific builds. I was told that the 0/0 Mikasa runner is a choice, but I was wondering if there were more
The level 0 Mikasa runner from set 1, the Reiner runner from the Supply Set PR, or a yellow beater like the Annie 4k from set 1 if you need yellow are all decent replacements

I plan on running the all eldian pants. Thanks so much for this vid !!!
Thank you for this video, seems like Attack on Titan has all the tools now to offer up some very creative and diverse builds!

Is there a recent deck tech for the best AoT deck?
Great deck profiles I probably try out 8 gate and y/g/r deck but I maybe run the new Erin Titan for my lvl 3 combo
I know it's a little too early to ask but. in your opinion, which is the best deck so far in the set (counting set 1/2 support)?
