Everything looks delicious just a little tip that I have learned from using the pink salt because it is so fine less is more. found that out when a recipe called for 2 Tablespoons. it was super salty
I have been trying for years to make a really good fried chicken....I'm going to try this dredging method. Avocado oil sounds so much better than corn oil, canola oil and such....I will try that next time. I also make my mayonnaise with avocado oil. The love and care you put into your cooking is great!!!
Best frying oils are avocado oil, beef tallow, and Lard. Olive oil turns bad for you at 310° Changes oil bad. Olive oil is meant to serve room temperature.
i always get surprised how much salt other people used. not saying its bad. I use less, cuz my mother passed away last yr. with high blood pressure. I always thought less is more. but while i was growing up my mom used so much.anyways , thank you for time and letting this be so resourceful.
Benji I noticed long ago that you like your salt grinder a little too much I think you overuse it because you love it😂 Your next recipe should be siao pao since the family loves it. You’re always making pizza dough so it’ll be cool to see you make dough for siao pao 😊
Sir, I tried the recipe and added less ingredients than what the recipe calls for. I had over 4lbs of chicken thighs and marinated them overnight. I had to force myself to swallow every bite. Bottom line: I like your channel, but I dislike this recipe.
Tip: you can make buttermilk by mixing vinegar with whole milk.
What ratio do you use?
Looks so good
Come over and try it!
I need to make this asap! Looks amazing Benji!
You should also do a mukbang after cooking!

That Chicken sandwhich is FIRE! 🔥🔥🔥😋❤
Extra crunch tip! Add just enough water to your drench and mix with hands for corn flake texture! It’s a game changer
I Love coleslaw i know ur making it for the sandwhich but when it sits for a lil bit it taste so good. I use pickle juice for mine for the vinegar!!❤🎉
Thanks for the tip!
Made this, loved it!
Can you use maple syrup instead of maple sugar?
If you double fry you can crowd the pot. It also releases excess oil.
Sunflower oil is supposed to be very healthy as well.
My favorite is grape seed oil

Benji you are the real MVP!
Wish you added a clip of everyone trying them! I know they’re bomb AF
I wish I could afford to use $40 worth of avocado oil on one meal 😩 this looks so good!!
Ok I need to try this! Hubby looooves burgers
Looks delicious! Have you ever thought of going on a cook show?

I think it depends on what type of salt you’re using. Sea salt and the Himalayan salt is the healthiest, not the bleached white table salt.

I need to make this and the chicken wings you posted a few weeks ago 😋
Hope you enjoy
❤❤❤❤
🔥
I noticed pink salt is more powerful than regular salt, so you need less
Word
Imo himalaya salt is too bitter
Koreans use potato starch for the crispiest fry.
Yummy
This is better than chic fil a. 🤤
Did u also know that paprika is just dried bell pepper? 😂
❤

Agreed! I put less salt than what the recipe called for and it was still WAYYY too salty! Will need to adjust for the next batch.
