A compact house that still includes all the necessities. The kitchen has ample counter and storage, including a tall pantry cabinet. I might change a few details, but the place checks all of my boxes. Well done!

@@lisakellet4976 "Barn" doors take up wall space when they're open, and pocket doors complicate the wall structure and are more expensive to install. Neither is good for security or privacy. I have a pocket door on my master bath because of space constraints, but I wouldn't want one anywhere else in my house.

Eu planejaria as aberturas das janelas com venezianas, e não apenas com vidraças, em todas as aberturas da casa, devido à segurança e privacidade à noite, e também pela ventilação.
Mas isso varia de acordo com as necessidades de casa pessoa.

I love it. My only adjustment would be an attached greenhouse. Year around gardening, and a sense of greenery in the winter. Other than that, and it is minor, it's perfect.

I love it! My only request is that a back, private patio/deck be added into the design...not sure where the exit door would go though. Any ideas? Probably near the kitchen for convenience? Nice size for a single person or couple.
This is perfect. Nice wide walk areas and doors so can get around with my walker easy. All on one level. Only thing I would change is put tub in other bathroom and shower in my bathroom.
It is a beautiful video, very well done. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are always missing one component and that is the bidet.

One suggestion is that the kitchen cupboards are too high to be useful to most women; therefore, lower them or redesign the cupboards. Otherwise, I agree that the house is perfect, especially if the fireplace is wood-burning. Lovely! I would be interested to see this model in a three-bedroom (no loft).

Why I have two full baths and a laundry room? If you had one bath/laundry room, that would give you space to make those bedrooms a little larger.

Only thing I would suggest is bathroom cabinet space,and I guess laundry room could be respected to add hot water tank and small forced air gas furnace for rest of house. Love the wood. Way beyond my budget.

Get a gas water heater on demand same as in Motor homes mounts outside . And those space air conditioners used internationally are used here now mounts high on walls you problem just need 1 or 2 and the outside parts will be sitting on concrete or on stilts. Nothing inside except the actual air conditioner on wall near ceiling.
It is fine but how much is it? Can it be transported to northern Thailand?

Yeah. Dislike it back on the tub. That one might be deep enough for a good wallow, but older people & those w/ mobility issues can't always climb in tubs like that. If you must do a tub, make it a great deep one & put lots of sturdy hand rails. But walk-in showers are easier for a greater percentage of people... Love the rest of the place, tho. Love the living room! Watch the cabinet height in the kitchen. Not everybody's 6 feet tall...

It's lovely, but it still lacks a water heater, heat, or ac. Not really a livable design, and not a valid design if it fails to account for that.
A tankless water heater and a heat pump/mini split system easily takes care of heating and cooling needs in many areas of the country. So, this is a valid, livable design. It just may not be the right match for you and your location and personal preferences.
Instead of the instantaneous water heater, solar panels on the roof, so you can heat the water and the whole house, you just need a good feed-in and a very good company to do it for you, a deep excavation for a well would be advantageous, I need a water connection for the toilet, instead of the wooden house, a solid brick house, an electric stove that you can heat with solar. And you'll be set for life, if it's more of a shady little house, then a wind turbine instead of the solar panels. Perfect little house.
@@Conny2106 A tankless water heater, a pellet stove instead of the fireplace, and an AC unit out back with wall AC. There's nothing wrong with solar panels per se, but it won't supply a family. Best choice where I live. The issue is that there was no space set aside for these, that's what I found annoying.
