Damn Yola, I was really looking forward to watching the Monday's podcast even if your guest cancelled last min, I believe u should have still made a podcast for us to watch even if it would have been a half ass episode. We all love all your content we look forward to watching all your vids nbs. I know it may not be possible for you, but you could have recorded 2 podcast and posted the one you would have made with just you and Marty and posted the one with you, Marty, and Faze Rain either on this upcoming Wednesday or just posted that one on Monday. just an opinion lol just was pretty bummed out that there was no podcast at 5 on Monday. I’ve learned that what you think is a bad trip/demons/mushrooms talking is actually your own subconscious and shadow self. It’s important to have strong discernment and pretty much tell them, just like you said, “do you know who tf I am?!” It’s hard as fuck when you get lost in the sauce of the world and lose that inner voice, but it’s important to work through it and protect yourself. Dude this shit happens to me even when I’m sober af. It’s all about staying strong to who your true self is and that’s what protects you‼️ let’s stay positive in our thoughts, words & actions and continue spreading it all in light & love - NO BULLSHIT. Peace ✌🏽♾️

A cool see in the dark trick I learned from a special forces member; when you turn the lights off and it's dark blink real fast as you move around the room, your brain makes up the images as bright outlines. Or if it's dark and you turn the lights on then off real fast (light switch, flashlight) you can do the same blinking trick.
