How my pets help ME!!!

Disclaimer (please read): I really love animals and I recommend getting one, but you have to make sure that you can be responsible because they are really hard work, you also have to make sure you pick the right pet for you. It is a life long commitment to get a pet so you need to make sure you are ready and will be able to love, care and give it what it needs for the rest of its life.
Hi my name is Alex and I have Autism (Aspergers), ADHD and high Anxiety, and I LOVE animals!!!! In this video I’m going to be showing my pets and talking about how they help me. I think pets can really make a difference in anyone’s life, for the better. Animals are amazing, and they have made me much happier and less aggressive.
