can u pls answer my question? currently im using a step files given customer to create drawings by using the template i created on my own from scratch.but everytime i open part file and go to draft then i create drawing by selecting my template, the preference setting (like disable border font sizes) which i have set on my template is not loading and in draft it still shows the borders and default font size. but if i open drawing template first and then insert the model the settings from preferences are applied. since i need to draft a lot of drawings, it takes long time to change setting everytime..is there a way to solve so that if I open from model the draft also takes the preferred settings from my template everytime? thx in advance
@@TechDesignsantosh its availablw but everytime i open a new model and start the draft i have to apply the custom customer default settings to aplly it..or else it starts with default dimension and borders.idk if there is another way to solve this, insted of applying everytime i open a new model to draft.
@@TechDesignsantosh Ex. I have model1 and I completed drafting as dwg1 and if I have model2 similar to model like model1 then I will copy that drafting and rename to dwg2 and change model links to using edit link options and with in few seconds or minutes drifting complete
No.... in NX model and Drafting will have same prt file.. but in some master model concept I think we can achieve this by replace component but not sure

Check in customer default settings to disable border and font size.. I am not sure if there is a setting availabl.. let me know here

Set your settings and restart nx.. in nx settings will not be saved if nx is not restarted immediately
