If I'm not off-base here, when pairing her with Baiken, you would look to speed-tune so Surin's going before Baiken. That way, since Surin only does bonus damage for the bleed, she doesn't detonate them, you get the full damage from Surin's turn and extra turn, and setup Baiken to add even more bleeds on her own S2, and detonate the whole lot on her S3, as an easier way to take out tanks. Or, you may even look to have Baiken S2 a second unit like a squishier target/dps, and S3 the target Surin set up, spreading the pain around and potentially getting 2 kills once the squishy takes a turn. Surin/Baiken was a real fun combo back in the day.
I had the same situation on the first match before, but my rocket punch did not proc. So it end up Stene killed my karina with less than 100 hp left. So sad.

yeah i thought about doing that to proc the three turn bleeds, but i didnt want to have the video be about Baiken. I made one nine days ago :p
