I use both android and iphone. I have to disgagree on certain things you said. Call recording is not legal in many developed countries as it violates the privacy laws. Its not a big feature for them to implement. "Esim only" makes it impossible for anyone who steals ur phone to get sensitive information from banks through OTPs. Sideloading apps makes it easy for u to get spam and get hacked because the app doesnt undergo strict oversight of appstore guidelines. All the things u said which are cons are actually what makes apple safe , secure and have peace of mind.
