During PE, I had to go change in the shower areas so I wouldn’t stare at them (like how Yamai acts basically.) I never did such things. But when people that already have such a stigma (especially is eastern countries), characters like these only add fuel to the fire.

I’m Japanese people. I don’t know why viewers from abroad hate Yamai. I think she’s very crazy but one of the most important characters who make this animation funny. But I think it’s natural that there are other opinions. Please enjoy other Japanese animes too.

Yamai only wants to help Komi and wants to make her happy but she goes way too far with threathening her friends, chosing who get's to be with Komi, stalking her, kidnapping Tadano and more. I'm sure she is doing her best becoming friends with her and doesen't mean any harm but she has to respect Komi's choises and give her some space it's a miracle Komi's so friendly to Yamai despite her always chaising after her.

Its too much of a mood whiplash for me to keep enjoying. I admittedly may be off the mark with my opinion, but its something I can't shake off.
