I've been on and off of TH-cam for a while now. Since then I haven't gotten the time to look back at everyone I've subscribed to. To this day I'm still rediscovering old channels I'm subbed to. When I first read the artists name on the video for some reason your tag came to mind. For some reason that old "homage" tag you had that sounded like a british lady always stuck with me. I remember looking forward to your uploads and liking the quality of your work. I remember having to enjoy your beats while they lasted because they either used to get take down or bought. Your beats were clean they were on point, man. That was what 4~5 years ago? Anyways, it's nice to hear you're still as focused as ever and are releasing beat tapes now. I'll make sure to check 'em out. Keep up the great work, my dude!
It amazes me how there's an audience for this. I was late teens/early 20s in the 90s. An authentic 90s Hip Hop artist. I've watched this style fade into oblivion. But it seems like there's a lot of younger people listening. That's cool! My age group has moved on.
It's surprising how many young peops in their late teens early twenties i meet at 90ies hiphop parties here in switzerland, and they actually know about the stuff they research and sometimes come up with songs i haven't listened to since my teens... and to my own shame even showed me a rapper or two i didn't know back then...
This was summer of 03' for me, my friends and I would skate to the skate park which was right in the middle of a pool and a gas station. Right before the street lights came on we would watch the sun go down over the desert. The thought of aging was not on my mind yet but I can remember the taste of the ice cream we had while laughing about something. Then on the way back was a cool mile away, cool part about it was that it was completely down hill, so you could ride the hill and get back to the cul-de-sac. Was awesome, especially on a windy day later that year in fall...
I was born in 79, and i can tell about the 90s, i loved that time. That time rised up the underground culture on the earth, and hitted through every border what the 80s and 70s stoped and pressed back.
Live in the moment, not worth thinking about future nor the past. We get the chance to live, and around 1/3 of that time we are asleep so you gotta enjoy this moment, who you're with, what you have, what you smell, taste, hear and feel. Wish you all the luck, whatever that may be for you :) Greetings from Belgium!
damn how those bells enter when you come from another video, smooth transition of rythims, eloquent emphasis on stages by keeping my mind on control, with the beat i feel the streets, jazz vibes and beats compeling the style be.
my mind is is driffing and im feeling a way opened up my eyes and then i slayed took a deep breath , then told myself id be ok one day at a time when i be in it one day at a time when i be sinnging

Lofi and jazzy hip hop are intertwined imo
its actually way easier to find now than back in the 90's.
I grew up on this just like you bro, whats crazy is this style faded into oblivion here in the states, this is huge overseas and in japan nowadays

90s... the transition from analogue to the digital age.
2020s... the transition from human to the Ai age.
Didn’t really even think about that.
There’s an instant gratification that cannot be explained while listening to this.

Lost a lot of friends over the years from this era. Pouring one out as soon as I get home.
Born in 95, dont really remember the 90s but this music makes me nostalgic of a cartoon i used to watch 'hey arnold'...dont know why though
FLUGHAND - Moonloops made me think of that show a lot
I still watch Hey Arnold til this day.

‘95 here. Favorite beat tape of all time. Listen daily. So damn good.
So, why do you like lofi?
I'm just mesmerized by the variety of samples and such. A lot of notalgia and texture.
Best gift to 90's kids on the internet

it's beattapes like this that reel me back into writing bars long after I've given up from hopelessness. Hvala!
Born late 80s raised in the 90s .. this that skate to smoke to building model cars to beat(s)… pure fade away and vibe universally
the whole album has that electric relaxation vibe to it, I could almost hear tip over every track.
Thank you Steezy for another Sunday that's epic AF 🖤 I get excited every weekend to see what you'll bless us with
This is wonderful the 90s era the golden days if you were there you already know if you grew up in it you already know what more can i say 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥

Learn to appreciate everyday man life to short
this isn't really 90's, just some current lo-fi
@@peanutbutterrobot the lofi sound is highly influenced urban 90s hip hop
@@thekingsdale2899 that's pretty much all lo-fi. this isn't a 90's feel though.
I wasn't looking for this video, but it was what I needed
