I watched the episode where this scene is from for the first time yesterday. It's one of my favourite episodes because it is an adorable, funny and heartwarming one in my opinion. This scene is especially beautiful and made me smile. :)
I have a feeling Conrad forced Wolfram into singing, probably bribing him with the fact that Yuuri wouldn't notice him specifically, or he was miming the whole thing x) Idk, that's just my ideal theory. Or perhaps Anissina threatened him to be her next test subject. Either one of those would suit actually xD
mintcoral Well Wolfram isn't the type of person to do many things willingly, even when it comes down to Yuuri. Wolfram doesn't seem like the type of person who would sing where he could be seen, even if he is singing something respectful - I mean, he does have a lot of nerve being able to openly insult/embarrass his king. And that's probably only because of the way he was brought up in being able to get, most likely, anything he wants. Like whenever Yuuri wants to go somewhere, and Wolfram doesn't, he ends up being dragged along anyway because Yuuri will beg him to until he gives in since Yuuri is his weakness without Yuuri himself knowing. He may be Yuuri's fiancé/bodyguard, but he knows Yuuri seems him as an equal, so Wolfram then has the advantage to do what he likes, knowing Yuuri won't outright argue with it unless it makes Yuuri the center of attention. And besides, he IS sitting with Anissina at this point, so he's probably learnt from Gunter and Gwendal not to try and argue with her about anything - and what with being the feminist she is, he doesn't exactly want his pride to be shot down by something she says. And unlike his brothers, Wolfram grew up without a father around, meaning his father figure went ideally to Gwendal. And Wolfram only shows his king the most amount of respect he can muster whenever other people are around, when he's got Yuuri to himself apart from one more person with them, he's more open about his thoughts and actions - here he looks calm and elegant as he's been portrayed while growing up in royalty. And he has his eyes closed, meaning he could be avoiding seeing Yuuri so he can concentrate on not screwing something up. Not all of what I said may make sense to this scene in particular, but you have to look deep into Wolfram's character in able to understand most of his actions more clearly than they look

This explains why I can't see either Conrad or Anissina making wolfram Sing. Now I'll explain why I see Wolfram season three would openly sing his support for Yuri. The beginning of Season 3 it shows Wolfram is willing to die to keep Yuri King. He was going to become Maoh so that he could protect what Yuuri left behind. Everything he did was to protect Yuuri. Wolfram from episode 3. "as a member of the Nobility, I wanted you to have Supported Yuuri!" If he looks at Peace I believe its because his Uncle is Singing his support along with the other 7 out of 10 heads of the Noble families, and other members of the Castle. This is what he was willing to die for, and His uncle has given it freely. If he is singing its cause he supports Yuuri even if he doesn't agree with him always. He will not allow any to question his loyalty or support. And he wont let a silly song be the reason someone can.That's my opinion thanks for sharing yours. ^-^
