    Really like mine. I use the black stems and keep the bigger nose piece on for everyday wear as well as cycling. Haven't tried the smaller nose piece and see no reason to do so, since I wear them at work and play. I prefer these to the older Crossfits because they hold bigger lenses and have more side coverage. Well done Oakley.

    I love this pair! Been wearing it for more than a year now. Got a whole bunch of glasses and end up wearing this the most because they are so comfortable at home and working out.

    Nice frames! It would be awesome to see someone wearing them while mountain biking or doing something active.

    These are my RX glasses. Totally love them. The bigger nose pad with the top over the bridge is wonderful! Just like mu radars I've used and loved for over 12 years (with my contacts, of course)

      Where can I buy the nose pad I’m looking at oakley’s website but there’s is no nose pad for crosslink fit just the crossrange nose pad are they compatible?

    • @Motorcyclewindtherapy
      @Motorcyclewindtherapy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JJ-qv2bb I got my complete setup from an eye dr...but I'd try a call to Oakley directly. I bet they have some for rebuilding frames even if they don't post them on their website.
      Also, SportRX might be a source.

    I have the original Crosslinks which I love so much. Im interested in these for the slightly larger peripheral coverage, which will be better when riding to work, as well as the slimmer looking temple parts.

    It is a higher wrapped frame and for safety that is cool. However are others having issues because of the increased convex lenses causing any issues when an ANSI approved safety progressive Rx lease is cut for this frame?

    I’ve got the activate but one temple arm needs some adjustment. How would you “hear mold” then? I was thinking warm water or a blow dryer perhaps?

    The secondary arms actually work better for me, even during sports. One of the main reasons is that they have more of the rubbish material.

  • @haroldz123
    @haroldz123 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    They replaced the nose pad bcos there are so complaint about the older nosepad that keep detaching. Even my local Oakley shops stop selling it due to this issue

    that improved nose bridge most likely keeps our lashes and brows from dirtying up your lenses 👍 no need for an Asian fit with the extra nose pad system great job

      The improved nose bridge actually works for a great connection to my face and keeps my lashes and brows off the lenses.

      Jeff Morgan did you use standard fit 55mm or asian fit 56mm?
      What the different between these two?

    • @SeattleRingHunter
      @SeattleRingHunter 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Abu Bakar it’s a standard fitting frame. They did a great just by including the enhanced nose bridge rubber. It had a better contact with the top of the nose and two sides so essentially the point is contact snd you can wear them like this for all day use no pain points either. The glasses really feel solid and connected to the face. Just get this model if you can still find them.

    The rubber pieces do not hold up on the arms gets sticky and melts in Texas heat

    • @SeattleRingHunter
      @SeattleRingHunter 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's been know for years, they do sell replacement socks and nose bridges. It's the trade off for slip resistant rubberized grip. Rather toss on a low cost replacement bits and consider them as consumable than have your EXPENSIVE eyeglasses fall of your head and get mangled. Tip # 1 don't leave your Oakleys in your vehicle unattended.

    These are garbage frames. Bought them at the Target Optical (Luxottica Store) at 6635 Grand Parkway (Spring, TX). When I went there to pick them up, the new lady heated them up to adjust them and bent them so bad that she wasn't able to fix them. It took more than a week of calling the store to let me know that she received my "new" frame. These one had also a defect on the left side. It would open to wide. I took them home after all the waiting I went through. Today they broke after trying to correct the manufacturer defect.
    Again, these frames are pure garbage. They lasted four months. Went back to using my old Oakley Voltage. These will be the last Oakleys I will buy.
