I am not Jewish at all I am actually Swedish-american but I learned a lot over the years just growing up around a cultural diverse city. Brooklyn has a lot of Jewish people, more than ever. I do not live there anymore.
Pricing with a Tattoo is usually very hard to say in advance because first of all, every Tattoo Artist charges differently. Some charge per hour, some charge based on the size, the detail and the effort. If you want color, that will also cost you extra. Some shops have a minimum price, so if it says "our minimum price is 100$" for example, that means that you can't get a tattoo cheaper than 100$ in that shop, no matter how easy and tiny it is. Usually tho, simple outlines like these are the cheapest kind of tattoos you can get cause they are very easy and fast done. They propably will cost you around like 50$ maybe? (idk, i live in switzerland so i'm not quite sure)
