I have same issues with driver door, where I reside, I don't have option available to buy micro switch and replacing door lock is too expensive for just door open indication. I have seen videos on spraying WD-40 without disassembling the door. Tried that and it worked for few days but again facing same problem. PLEASE SHARE ANY ALTERNATE METHOD TO REPAIR THE EXISTING ONE.
I have a problem with the same lock on the driver's door. When I lock and unlock with the remote key, only one driver's door will not open. sometimes when i lock and unlock again they open. I can always open them when I use the mechanical key. like the lock won't always open. more and more often it won't open. it is a Skoda Superb 2009. Does anyone have any ideas before I go to the mechanic. help please

Same but on a skoda fabia (same car really) it used to work in summer but not in winter but now not at all. Did you manage to fix it?
