If you put something on a pedestal and call it art people will have unrealistic expectations, off the air through its own modest (television wise) format subverts any kind of expectation by being artistic
The amount of times I used to trip balls to this with my best friend Dylan, laughing and crying singing it with tears on our faces from laughing so hard on L. REST IN PEACE, Dylan. We miss you. Thinking of you always. Much love. Felt your presence watching this for the first time in years.
laughing, tripping, and crying to this with some very special people now. rest in peace dylan!!! 💚💚 i know his presence in the universe can feel you still!
I always come across these kinds of videos when I'm contemplating suicide and they're so strange they snap me out of my funk. Seeing a woman firing a shotgun at a creek to make a rainbow just somehow reminds me that I'm human and that the experience of being a human is unique and ephemeral enough that it shouldn't be squandered.
That video made me happy too. I thought "Dude, you're totally right. I never saw someone produce a rainbow with a shotgun before" And now I have. That's a thing I can be proud of. Every new experience I have is something new I discover about the world. And that, to me, is fucking beautiful. Like a rainbow produced by a shotgun.
first time seeing this on acid and i must say im glad i stumbled upon this show.the visuals are really amazing and i really admire the editors talent on these videos.i know alot of you watch this while high on weed but yoooo go get sum lsd and see the full potential of these clips.its a whole nother world
Saw this for the first time several years ago about 3 am in a dark hospital room during a 4 month stay recovering from multiple surgeries to repair a ruptured artery. WHAT IS THIS!?! Still one of many vivid memories during that time.
I remember trying weed for the first time when I was like 15, and I smoked so much to the point where I was high to the point of no return, and I watched this and honestly my eyes were happy the entire time. It’s probably one of the best memories that I have, because since then I’ve never experienced being that high being in my mid 20s now. And that datamosh song has never left my mind since I first watched this lmao
The ending of this one really spoke to me in a way that few other things have, it might have helped that I was rolling on 2 tabs when I saw it, but I was overcome by a profound feeling of joy at the beauty that humanity is capable of creating when we're at our best.
5:37 was actually used for Sony Bravia's tv commercial, I remember watching it at least in spanish tv even with the same music, it was one of my fav commercials ever lol Edit!!! OK, I just see Sony was credited on the video description hahah never mind...
These are always my favortie thing to watch while high it doesnt matter how many times I've seen them I always enjoy it and also somehow manage to find something new
When i first saw this episode on tv i couldnt stop laughing at the datamosh clip. i love off the air i wish they made more. The editor did a good job finding clips and putting them together. This is my favorite one.
Last Friday around 4-5Am they played this while i was on an 8th of shrooms ..... shit blew my mind 3:00 and beyond with the flowers is just oh my god so beautiful
imoh, the most popular ep. Who does the music for the Metro Train in Paris bit? And where does this concert at the end take place? And one more thing: ROSSINI did the classical music for the 5:40 bit.
Omg omg omg. So this randomly came up as I was looking for liquid diets 😂😂 so rewind back to September 4th, 2019. I was already 12 hours into labor. I did it with no drugs so I was feeling really loopy. Then this show comes on!!!! People are dancing with animals and getting their head hit by cars. I was like “I’m never doing this shit again” (giving birth) I thought I was going crazy. Now I know it’s a real life show lol. I was in labor watching season 9, episode 1. Now I must watch it again 😂
I have no problem watching this I don't even trip I was how ever enjoying the music in the back round at the Dinosaur part but I did not trip at all during this
this television program needs to recognized for what it is. this isn't a comedy show. this is pure art.
True true
Because a comedy show can’t be art.
I half agree,,, Adult Swim makes artistic comedy
Private Account exactly glad you got it.

It's funny to read this, because 5:37 part, was indeed used for a Sony Bravia ad, at least in Spain, I remember I loved this commercial ❤️
