All your dishes look delicious Grandma. I was worried the chicken would be too tough to eat it was so dried out. But you brought it back to life with your cooking skills I have never had air dried nor sugar smoked chicken. I have had it smoked on a bbq pit, but this is different. Here, they smoke/cure pig jowl, bacon and the hock or leg of the pig but not chicken. Happy New Year Grandma, I wish you good health, and prosperity in you years to come.
