Starting out in Taekwon-Do #1: How to tie your belt

This video is the first in a series for beginners who are just starting out in Taekwon-Do. It shows you how to tie your Taekwon-Do belt. Note that this video teaches you to wrap the belt only once around the waist. Other martial arts may wrap the belt twice but I explain why it is wrapped once in ITF Taekwon-Do.
