Hi, sorry for late reply. That is OK.many scholrship accept that.as long as you will get the degree before the deadline.just mention that u will get a degree soon.and better upload your past years transcript and any document that you have. For my knowledge many scholrships will accept you.

I donot think that would be any issue. Check sometimes you count words.while they are counting characters. Like 1000 words differs to 1000 characters. So check that. The for can not detect chapt the only issue may be when someone read the document and found that it is not related to the program or some un related words
