Bom dia amigo, tenho um chevy malibu 2011 apresentado código P0842 e P0877. O carro está normal sem acender a lampada de diagnóstico, porém ao passar o escaner aparecem esses códigos acima. Teria alguma dica para ajudar?
Great video. Took care of the P0752 in my customers 08 Malibu. One diaphragm was completely ruptured and another one was cracked. First time using this kit. Good way to save customer a little money instead of a TEHCM.
I just did my first one, Boss bought a Chinese kit, I had a very hard time getting the discs in without wrecking them, and it was almost impossible to get my rubbers in. Did you have this issue? No issue with the old rubbers though. What if the disc gets a little creased? Anything I need to lose sleep over?
Hi! I’m doing this repair. Getting the module out was a bit of a beast (trans is mounted 2010 GMC Acadia). Much to my dismay, one of the plastic discs that sit under the diaphragm is missing. Do you know how to get one?
you have to make sure all of it is out. you need to change them all. You can get these switches probable on ebay. you will probably need the installation tools also.
Hello my 2009 traverse the orange pieces are missing on switches i just see a clear plastics in there. Could this be a design or just diaphram orange pc missing? Thanks
The transmission was out. However, you can take this part off while the transmission is still in the vehicle if you have enough room to get the front pan off. It will be tight on some vehicles
Any experience with the Gen 2 6t70 trans anyone? It looks like they removed the diaphragms in the Gen 2 but I also found a Sonnax kit for the Gen 2 (124740-70k) so I'm a little unsure. p0989 on my 2016 Impala Limited LT.
There are no pressure switches, then there is nothing to change. However, the computer will still set a pressure code if there is a slip in the transmission.
@@thisisyourtransmission In that case, what would you recommend as far as diagnosing? I'm going to do a fluid change since it's been about 50k miles since it was changed.
Where could I get the diaphragms and the rubbers that hold them without buying that whole kit? And if you MUST buy that kit to get them, where would I get it?
Thank you for making this post...Getting the old 1s out was easy, 15° pick tool & small needle nose n pop the films out...sittin here lookin at the tools in the repair kit like Ummmm...Ohhhh, Thats it?..🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍...Doin all 4 Now...lol
Total waste of time to do this. Just go ahead and change the whole unit. Trust me I’ve done it just made the “low voltage” code turn into a “high voltage” code.should have just changed the whole thing as it takes 5-6 hours to do the job anyway
I cannot trust you, because I never had the problem that you had, and I have done many of these. However, if one wants to change the whole TCM and program it, then that is ok also.

If it is sealing and no holes are in the disc, then they should be ok. HOWEVER,IF IT DOES NOT FEEL LIKE YOU DID THE JOB RIGHT, THEN DO IT OVER!

Hello i have 2009 acadia 157k threw code po700 limp mode wont shift past 2nd should i do this or get new tehcm
Working on a 2009 right now. You need to take it to a shop that has a better scan tool. P0700 is a generic code.
@@thisisyourtransmission ok thank you
Is it possible and where would you get the clear yellow I believe they're the pistons.

Great video thanks
Similar to a 75?
The year is what matters. 2013 and up have no pressure switches.
What where the symptoms the customer complained of other than a MIL
Slip shifting
How much does this job cost?

Does this require a reprograming of the TEHCM?
Not if you are using the same computer.
@@thisisyourtransmission Thank you for the quick reply!
You might want to consider investing in actual picks for this job.
Picks can be too sharp for those discs.
bad video
good job
