what if 4 anas nano each other consecutively, each nano building more power than the previous one, until finally landing upon a lucio who drops a beat so FIRE that your team never dies. Thoughts?

I think Nanoclock is pretty strong, you can get heqdahot kills with less charge or you can go 100 charge bodyshot +1 bullet to kill 200 hp heroes
now u can oneshot with clock
you also dont lose downtime shooting as you still have some time to fire a few bullets before youre full charge and thats the optimal way to use her ultimate
Sojourn deserves A-B tier for this one. You don't have to land back to back body shots because you can still use your primary fire while ulting. If you are spraying primary at them while going for the 195 body shot it might as well be a one tap.
Mercy beam jumps sojourns body shots up to 230s iirc with nano

@@almightyj6508 If we're counting "transformation ults" then we have to consider what they do during the duration. Genji is a perfect example of this because his dash isn't his ult, but you absolutely have to consider it for nano-blade.
If we're talking Ult only then Nano-blade doesn't make a difference he still has to slash twice to kill squishies.
Something else about Junker Queen is the 50% damage resistance makes the healing alot more effective, since less damage is counteracting it.
Definitely, one of her weakest points is her low hp, and nano pretty much sorts her on that. (and on the subject of pairing her with Ana, the biotic grenade heal boost can be a nice little bonus)

Nano rampage can kill 200hp health without cleanse. I think it should be S tier.

DvA Remech can get damage boosted, but not like you’re going to nano a baby dva just so she can try to goomba stomp someone.

difficult decisions on some. especially talking about zarya, reinhardt, brig & mei. Where the nano during their ult actually just wins the fight, but then again, the criteria was about whether it changes the ultimate itself.
I think it was too strict, for many heroes (really almost any cc ultimates) the follow-up is an essential part of the ult

I got Ball nano'd the other week, it was mostly to keep me alive after an engage, but the nano'd machine guns + ball smooshing do surprisingly not bad damage xD
I think a better tierlist would be ranking which ults to combo nano with rather than ranking the effects the nano has on the ult since there are several ults that it has little to no effect on, but comboing them together can still be super effective
Something to add for Junkerqueen: since Nano also gives 50% damage resistance, it doubles the effectiveness of all healing on her, which includes the healing gained from her bleeds
13:16 Tracer's pulse bomb with nano does a max damage of 525 if you stick it.
What about stacking boosts and debufs like discord?
@Gold Typhlosion if you stack that with discord orb, it should give you a max damage of 682.5. That is insane

I love it and I see where this is going! Maybe you should make a 3rd video about which are the best targets in a spam fight! Some characters are better than others in that area too! It helps them get their ult faster helps Zarya charge etc. Not sure if it's worth a full video but I think it's worth mentioning....There is so much nuance to Nano boost, but it is something I used during big shield era and intense Ana v Ana battles
haah thank you...I've always said that Nano Coalescence was low-key one of the best combos. You don't want to go for the tank though, especially in OW2. But it absolutely melts squishies.
I have a clip of me as Moira, and while Nano'd, I just went passed their Rein while ulting and melted everyone in his backline. And then we just cleaned Rein up after.
One little tip for the Orisa players out there, if you want to do 200 damage with Orisa's ult with nano, you should wait to 134 if you are able to. For 250 characters you might need to charge to 167 which may be a little too long but hey the number's there.
Or charge up to 400 and then use sum tp to tp in middle of ennemies
I feel like the better way to look at this is the full difference in impact nanoing someone who ults makes. Zarya feels a bit out of place since even though the grav’s damage isn’t noticeably impacted her damage on the grav targets is improved, which can come in handy. It’s still not the greatest nano target but at high energy it’s certainly potent

My only question would be how do you rank Brig during rally? It doesn't amplify her ultimate directly, but it really makes her harder to kill. Does stacking the damage reduction, overhealth, and extra damage open up enough to make it a good combination?
600 health Brig that can kill squishies in two swings and a boop, and still has inspire, which, during nano, would be equal to 30 HP/sec on herself
Nano coalescene is REALLY underrated. Those squishy heroes are DEAD
Nano trance is a classic one, when you try to save zen and he pops hes ultimate. Rip

I've been playing a lot of Baptiste and Kiriko, but I will be following you for this Ana knowledge. I lament her lack of mobility, but it's not like she isn't compensated for the lack

I wanna add something, Nano-ing a Mercy during valk, when she really needs to resurrect an ally, it's so good to ensure she wont die on the focus fire.

Man I was just thinking about this topic the other day
I held off 3 or 4 players to save the round with nano rally, everyone was dead except the supports. You just run fast, do okay damage, and are extraordinarily hard to kill with 50% DR, a constant stream of overhealth, inspire healing, and your shield. You can also block stuns and sleep darts with your shield. It's a transformation ult like Mercy's because it boosts your speed, by your rules I think C tier.
Would be funny to know if you can stack boosts in the mode where any amount of any character can be played. Like could you have an Ana boost an Ana and so on until the last Ana boosts whoever for a super ultra giga ult? lol
I doubt it but that would be hilarious

Why was rally considered unaffected while valk got a placement? Nano rally is one of the strongest combos with the sheer survivability of Brig, I’d put it in at least B tier

There was an ana mercy duo in my game yesterday, that mercy did more damage than our genji and it wasnt even close lmao
I remember when I was playing Sigma and Ana nanoed me, 2 kills my then ult, the nano was still on which allowed me to drop a Sigma to half to kill him, nano does help a lot just when you actually need to damage someone to get them to below half, especially a tank
i'd argue that the follow up from boosted ult should check out, based on your description of tier list. It says rating of boosting characters if they have ult, not just how useful the ult itslef in isolation becomes. Like, you included Rein's follow up damage, why not Sombra's?

I think this tier list is good but I think it could have been more helpful if you went with the parameters of "Ana bano boost if they use ult". Sure, Graviton doesn't change much itself but a boosted Zarya who is decent at charge and is in front of Graviton melts people like butter. Then Sombra could have been on the list, Torb, Bap, and so on. Without considering what the character themselves can do while they ult, there isn't as much functional information in this as there could be.
Though I assume it's this way because you wanted to save all that for the next list.
Nanoing bap with his alt is seriously underated, his bullets get boosted twice by the nano and his ult and he can hit headshots effectively melting the enemy team

I’m pretty sure if you nano or damage boost a baby dva, it increases bomb damage but could just be an Overwatch 1 thing
To be fair to Kiriko and Lúcio.
Lúcio getting a nano while beating almost guarantees the beat goes out without the Lúcio dying mid jump. Along with the damage reduction on top of the beat health he has, he’s just tankier.
Kiriko her ultimate isn’t affected specifically, but when her ultimate is active, Kiriko is stronger. Like Kiriko using her ult then being nano’d gets like 2-3 body shots per kill and her projectile is already so fast. It’s sort of similar to Mercy with Valk or Brig with Rally.
I guess Brig could be defended as being a lot stronger as well with nano during her ult.

I know this dude is way better than me and always will be but does he not realize you can use ur primary fire during overclock? It isn’t hard to hit a single bullet which turns a Nano’d rail gun to the body into a one shot.
It doesn't do anything to the rally, but nano rally is an amazing stall strat I have personally used many times

I think you might be missing some context with Sigma. The nano increases the damage he does while they’re up. Bringing them closer to half health, easier.

If you already have a sombra emp then it would be super easy to kill the whole team with the nano overclock just body shots, but thats more for lower SR games, if your aim is good enough you just take headdies.

search karq support duos and also kiriko duos as a bonus to that one, you need to connect them together for the full picture in overwatch 2
Well the thing is, both Ana and especially Moira are heroes with very high healing output and what you usually see is people combining a main healer whose main job is helping keep the team alive with an off-healer who acts more of a combat support.
For instance, Ana is a classic main healer because she can get a tank back to full within seconds, whereas Zenyatta is a classic off-healer because he does a lot of damage and can constantly debuff an enemy and can make his team borderline immortal for a few seconds with his ult.
Though with heroes such as Bap or Kiriko, the definitions are a bit more vague.
But yeh, you don't see a lot of Ana+Moira because they're both main healers and if you have either one, you'd often go for a secondary support who sacrifices raw healing potential in exchange for passive utility.
Does damage boost from nano baptise stack on the damage boost from the window? (so he has +150% damage)
it definitely should but if you're going to combo nano with the window then you're better off giving the nano to another teammate with better dps than Baptiste.

As a genji main all I heard in this video was “nano the godamn genji”-karq
A nice Doom buff would be making him come out of his ult with double cooldown regen and a mini-nano effect for like seven seconds. As well as making the Meteor more valuable in terms of raw numbers, it'd encourage people to use it offensively, instead of just to reposition or gtfo. Even if your target evades the initial impact, the buff lets you chase them down for the kill.
Nano kiriko with kasuni rush is pretty powerful. 180 damage headshots are brutal plus the increased fire rate.

I think nano boost should spread to all attacks or any entities that the character creates, so torbs magma and turret (for the duration), dva’s ult,and junks tire should be boosted, (damage reduction and all)

So why nano overclock is a 100% Super S tier is because, you don’t even have to charge up the rail gun and u can body shot a squishy with 2 shots, like literally just clicking twice pretty fast, it’s really broken

I think Junkrat deserves to be in D. While it doesn't increase the damage of the ult, you are a little bit harder to kill while you are piloting it.

I think you looked at Winston the wrong way. When you nano a Winston who has their ult, the goal is to use the two 1 after another. You don't nano the Winston WHILE he is ulting... you nano him either BEFORE or AFTER he ults. With both primal AND nano, he can EASILY sit on top of the enemy team's backline for a solid TWENTY seconds (with help). If no kills or space are taken advantage of there, then your DPS and other support are simply too heavy to carry.
Again, this tier list is called "WITH their ULT" not "WHILE they're ULTING"

700 hours on ana here. I think nanoing most ults is a bad idea and usually nano a tank when they dont have their ult so they can make more space and get another ult faster.

When I was playing dva for like 5 rounds the ana always target me for Nano so she's either misclick more than twice or just blind and thought I was Reinhardt
Hmmm I feel like EMP, Wall and Rally got gimped. Would have been cool if he ranked them based on what Nano would allow them to do with their ults, not just how it changes said ult
If you listen to what he said in the video he makes it very clear he’s judging it mostly purely on what the ult does, he even specified that in theory sombra’s does nothing but in practise she’s a great nano choice because of the kill potential of sombra against hacked targets.
Brig deserves A or B tier, technically it dies nothing with her ukt but annoyed brig I'd already so good and more survivability make it better
