Hi I hope your enjoying the 500e I own one as well 2016 and one of the first things I did was change out the headlight bulbs to a brighter set HUGE difference in what you can see in the road and be seen by others.

In case you were unaware, there are two charging stations at the movie theater in town. I've heard that charging is free for a short period (30 minutes?) due to it playing commercials at you.

Nice, I have another friend who bought one like this for the same reason. He paid 10,000 for it. I know it will not fast charge but is it 120v or 220v? Overnight fully charge it or does it take longer?

Right now I can only charge at 120v and overnight charging of 12 hours or more has been sufficient. However, that probably won’t be the case today since the car won’t be home for 12 hours. A level 2 charger running on 240v is in the near future. Once that gets installed, overnight charging won’t be an issue.

      Level 2 2 20 volt takes about 3 hours 50 minutes

Brilliant, spending more on solar less on of vehicle. It's a great car, Bosch drivetrain, Samsung batteries, assembled in Mexico. The range estimator is worse than useless, only go by battery percent. 12v battery lasts approximately 3 years, seem to go out abruptly. I'm afraid to go through drive-through car wash, the wing might break off.

Also, I don't think riding in 30 degree weather is fun *at any age*. 0.o
