Hey Alex. I really enjoy you're videos,, family time is most important. I am a cast iron pan kind of cook myself... nothin better then fried Oregon potatoes with bacon .. coffee... camping. I worked at potato processing plant Boardman , Oregon years ago,, 🙂.I was watching Dave Ramsey,, um SST,, Amato, others,, fishing tournament,, Big fish was 18 lbs to win top prize.. now I think that is gutted,,??, anyway.. great videos Alex.. liked the San Diego Bluefin trip you filmed too. Hey Alex.. that's pretty cool.. it was called U&I potato.. back in the day meaning Utah and Idaho.. owned by the Mormons .. I believe.. great company... different now . had a big contract with Wendys back then No. 1 baked potatoes.. water cost was a issue.. irrigation canals you know.. soyoudo some welding.. cool.. i hunted and fished with Dave Estes back in the day ,, lived at Irrigon.. some good duck hunting in Boardman area, also was great Pheasant hunting along river too.. kind of miss the hunting. If I ever moved back though.. would prefer near coast.. maybe I could get a job at Tillamook cheese,,, 🤣✋,, love there cheese..,, 🙂🐦🐝🌴🙏
