I found your music as a young punk rebelling against my roots and rediscovered your music as an adult striving to return to some semblance of those roots i shunned. Your music has been with me for a good portion of my life and I truly appreciate it.
I can honestly say that this video made me extremely happy. It's sometimes hard to remember that your favorite artist is a person with a family. The music, memories, and shows that have helped a whole mess of us through life, in an odd way, take away from their own lives a little bit. So... I guess his family can have more of him... as long as they loan him out to us every now and again lol. In my own experience, Chuck has been one of the most down to earth and human artists I've ever seen perform and the way he treats the crowd and fans is better than anything I've even heard of let alone seen.
When I was a kid I played that game and heard the song, remembered liking it and downloading or something, but not being a mega fan as I was a kid at the time and only listened to top 40 stuff. But I've only just (almost ten years later) found his music and Hot Water Music now that I'm into punk and folk kinds of music. Feels very full circle.
Hi Chuck, I met you at Arundel Castle, England April of this year. I was the guy on duty at the main gate. I hope you had an amazing holiday tour of Europe (April 2022). It was good to meet you and your friends. I hope you liked the Castle by the way. I am getting to like your music! Best wishes - Dave
This is awesome, I spent part of my youth living in Lake Of The Pines (off of highway 49 between Auburn and Grass Valley, Ca), I now live in Sacramento and have for the last thirty years give or take...man, I so miss this beautiful landscape of the Sierra Nevada foothills...love it, Chuck...

I love this video! But I don't think you should call your brother Ricky a dummy. Otherwise, this is great!
Did you ever return to your Christian roots?
