Eye Leaf Main Spring

We are going to weld this eye that is part of this main spring leaf of a HINO 500 vehicle. This is the first leaf of the HINO 500 rear spring assembly, reference fifteen twenty-six. We are going to weld it and reinforce it. The car is undergoing some maintenance and the horn is not adjusting, one of the ways to increase the distance between the two cradles that have the ball bearing is by separating it, we can separate it by making a ring, we are going to make a ring so that this cradle comes out, increase the distance and when they are assembled, they place the roller and the adjustment nut already gives us the adjustment we are going to do that with one here we have a three-eighths rod we are going to give it the circumference and then on the lathe we rectify both faces so that the surfaces are completely flat and the adjustment be even throughout the cradle area and speaker bumper.
