    I’m in my third trimester and this felt really good! I think it’s great for preggos who have had a regular yoga practice throughout pregnancy 👍

    I love your videos, they have helped me so much during this third pregnancy. This video however was way to hard for me, I am in week 36. My belly was in the way all the time and my wrists starded to ache 😌 please do more videos with easy exercises for the third trimester ☀️

    My belly is way too big for a lot of these. It's a great video but it may be better for people in the beginning of their third trimester or just smaller bellies in general.

      I’ve definitely have been have trouble doing a lot of the exercise because of how big my belly is in my third trimester. I love the videos but more for smaller bellies 🙂

      I wish these exercises were more modified and conscientious of a 3rd trimester pregnant body. Knee to elbow doesn't really work with a 3rd trimester belly.

    Thanks to you ,I followed your yoga postures and had an normal delivery .it took only 4 hours to deliver my baby girl though it was a first delivery I had less hours of delivery pain .Really thanks for all your effort .

    26 weeks pregnant with my second and wanted to move into third trimester exercise a bit early. Some of the poses I needed to modify on my own, and some I was not fast enough to complete fully, but overall, great and relaxing exercise!

    i haven’t been active at all through my pregnancy due to complications early on. i’m 29weeka and on the larger side bump included. This literally saved me. i couldn’t do everything all the way through but that stretch 🤤 i’m gonna sleep amazing tonight!!!

    38 weeks here! I took two breaks in between to finish the whole video. The stretches felt very good, specially on my lower back 👍🏻

    I am currently 29 weeks today, and I must say this was such a wonderful flow of movements. I really wish you had gone just a tad bit slower, but overall I am thankful and grateful for you uploading this amazing video! To all my mamas with larger bellies just really take it easy on yourself. Don’t worry about following along. Just follow the flow as you can.

    Thank you for all of your videos. I dod your prenatal workout challenges and practiced this video daily leading up to delivery. I had a successful zero tearing all natural side delivery thanks to your channel. I also noticed my abdominal area was more toned after baby. I am looking forward to starting the postpartum workouts.

    Definitely not THIRD trimester. My stomach is in the way for half these things 😣. Good stretch though but I had to stop. Most positions either wore me out or too complicated

    A little bit challenging for me (37 w+ 2 days), mostly because my belly is huge. But I managed to modify these exercises (cheated a little bit in other words), feels really good 😁

    I've been doing your exercises during my pregnancy( 30 weeks now) and I found them incredibly helpful, but this particular one it was very difficult for me to do some of the poses. I'm curios what about other futures mamas out there think

    A little challenging at 39 weeks, but felt good modifying using blocks! I loved the sphinx version of child's pose since child's pose has been difficult ever since my belly has started to appear! Thank you!

    I think this my favourite one of your videos. I am 36 weeks pregnant, have been doing your exercises and yoga for 3rd trimester from 32 weeks and it has made a huge difference to my back and pelvic ache!     Thank you so much for this amazing workout! I'm 33 weeks today and have a toddler running around and going nuts during this quarantine. I'm going to try and do this workout every day while the boy naps before the baby comes and hopefully it will give me some peace and strength :)

    I was a bit surprised to find this was yoga rather than a workout but regardless i loved it today and was so grateful! I have some third trimester nausea and vomiting (yay all the fun) and this was exactly what i needed to still love myself and not over do it.... I haven't been exercising regularly as I had some terrible second trimester issues but I'm trying to end my pregnancy really healthy and I've been so grateful for your resources and channel! thanks mama (also really loved ur dance video and would love more) - also it was surprising and encouraging to discover i could do a half moon in my third trimester even though I've barely exercised - i know we are all different in what we can do because of how we carry and that is A ok but for me personally it was a tiny celebration (it also made my husband laugh to see me with my big belly balanced that way!) thanks a lot!

      Also loved ur one week diet plan - because I’ve been so sick and have tons of allergies it’s been hard to have the energy to plan my meals and meet my dietary requirements (I’ve needed more protein and iron!) Ur meals were so simple and good ! I honestly can’t say thank you enough the help has been a God send !

    I just wanted to say first how wonderful I find your videos. Your pregnancy and sciatica video really helped me. I do have to say I feel your third trimester videos too difficult. I am a yoga rookie and have pubic symphysis pain and find about half of this and your other labour prep videos to be too painful or difficult for me. Can you please put together a labour prep flow thats a little gentler for people like me? Thank you!

    Loved the workout..At 32 weeks and can still do most of it! However, I would suggest adding some options for poses with blocks..those helped me with the pigeon and half-moon etc. Thanks again!

    I've done a bunch of your videos so far and this one fell a bit short. Just starting my 3rd trimester and some of these were way too difficult for me. My belly isn't that big yet but I couldn't do a lot of these. The flow was a bit fast as well. I will probably go back and do the other ones instead.

    Thanks for posting. Some exercises were complicated (e.g. lifting legs from downward dog position). It seems like it can be too hard for women with a big belly on 3rd trimester. But thanks for this video!

    I’ve been doing prenatal yoga and working out all throughout my pregnancy but with the quarantine had to youtube it so thank you. Still think this may be for more advanced peeps? I wish there was a little more dumbed down directions. I don’t know yoga pose names or know what my body is supposed to do with a big belly so i had to keep looking up at the tv to see what i had to do as i was doing it. I don’t have to do that with other videos. May be good to give the instruction and show it before doing it for real and explain what exactly each part of the body is doing and what to do with belly or modifications. Thanks!!!

    The deep stretches in this video have been a breath of fresh air. Your videos are at the perfect speed and I always feel more confident and proud at the end of what is possible with my body. Expecting my first baby in less than four weeks.

    30 weeks. The poses are kinda hard but following your uploaded yogas made it easier for my body to cope with the positions. Loved the stretches! Namaste 🙏🏼 🧘‍♀️

    Wow, I haven't attempted half moon in so long, let alone while being pregnant. Thank you for this flow, it helped to relieve some of my back aches. You are my motivation to get back into yoga and to keep moving btw! :)

    Much relief after going through this stuff. Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels th-cam.com/users/postUgkx6Cu3qDh3FB7umUbfXaU7hDAHrqvwQyNk Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

    38 weeks and love this. The half moon pose feels amazing, I was always so sure I didn't have the balance so I never even tried it pre pregnancy and I'm happy I can do it now. My belly is big so the sun salutations didn't feel good, forward folds are really uncomfortable. Other than that this is one of my favourites.

      Yes I love the moves and all the info she has to offer but I am full term and ready to go and the time between moves or even to hold some of them is so quick I have to constantly pause or rewind the video which i find counterproductive

    Hi Jessica! Just wanted to say that I really liked this workout! I saw a lot of comments that this is too difficult for the 3rd Trimester. I‘m still at the beginning of my third trimester (week 30) and it was perfect for me. I did yoga regularly prepregnancy, so I‘m familiar with all the names etc and was pleasantly surprised that I could still do halfmoon:) I think its great that you have a variety of difficulties in your workouts!! Thank you:)

    Thank you for the videos which you upload. These are really very helpful.
    Just wanna check about one thing.
    I am in my 3rd trimester and my amniotic fluid is low. It's around 7.46.
    Can I do these exercises?
    Or could you please suggest what should I do to increase the same.

    This is way too difficult for me to follow in my third trimester.. I’m sure it’s useful but it’s way to complicated for me to even breath in few postures. I don’t think so I’ll be able to do these through my 3rd trimester.

    I realized that I tighten my vajina while doing many of the exercises. Is it objectionable? What do you think? I’m in 36+4

      I intentionally tighten/contract my pelvic floor while do some exercises. As long as you don't have a hypertonic (too tight) pelvic floor then it's probably beneficial. I would just make sure that you fully relax between :) If you aren't sure or are having pelvic floor concerns (leaking/pain) then I would see a pelvic floor physio ...

    I've been really lazy throughout my pregnancy so jumping into this at 28weeks was a bit difficult. But also felt really good.
    However, I'm gonna keep at it and if it gets easier in a few weeks I'll know im doing something right 🙏🤗
