I started sobbing when carats screamed 'Moon Junhui' because as a loyal Jun stan, it honestly breaks my heart knowing that Jun has such low self confidence and even in vlives if the members tell him to sing, he gets really shy and he gets very little attention compared to the other members but just hearing the carats there appreciating this beautiful person makes my heart squeeze.
I HAD GOOSEBUMPS THROUGHOUT THE SONG. This just saddens me a lot, because I know all and every single one in seventeen can do everything. All 13 members are handsome, can dance, and sing (well apparently for vernon he needs guidance oh dear lol kidding) and all of them can act very well, and even some vocals can rap, they choreograph on their own, they make their own music, what else can't they do? Those were the first reasons why I love Seventeen, and in just a short period of time, my love for every single one of them grew and I hope they can be given more opportunities to expose themselves and be known, every single one of them because, who wouldn't be amazed by them? They're just a rookie group, still in the midst of their beginning, but they already did a lot. I hope their efforts, passion, and bond, won't fade in time, but grow more stronger. The song was so beautiful and emotional that I cried without understanding any words except for "mother" in Korean. I remember writing the lyrics down in my notebook and also mentioned it in my literary work at school. I never imagine years later, I suddenly come across this video where my beloved Junnie covered this song so aesthetically. His soft and gentle voice goes perfectly with the melody and the fact that he lives far away from his mom for most of his life just hits me hard. I also haven't been living with my family for years and although the distance is nothing compared to Jun and his mom, I still feel so related and moved. Actually sometimes I really considered moving back to live near my mother, especially when I listen and read something about mothers. They're just the most wonderful that can appear in a person's live. I wish the best for all mothers in the world and hope all the children can always be a good son or daughter to their parents.
