Great tips!!
I exclusively pumped for my first daughter for 11 months and had enough in the deep freezer to keep going until she was about 14 months. It was hard work but I made the choice because nursing made me feel sick, it never bothers me when anyone else does it but I couldn’t stand the feeling on myself and knew I needed another option. I hope this video reaches women who are scared of pumping because while it’s a lot of work, if you are dedicated to your schedule and have the right tools you can totally do it!!
I plan on pumping for my next daughter who is due in May too and I am 100% making a few new purchases after watching your video 😌

Breastfeeding/pumping in any capacity is HARD!! That is so impressive to make it to 14 months (especially cleaning all of those bottles and pump parts, that almost killed me haha)! I really hope it does too, it was seriously stressful just because I didn't feel like I had resources on how to navigate it. Once I kinda of figured it out it was so much easier. So excited for you and your next little one one the way!
