Can you display on an Excel sheet or a budget sheet a fictitious owners expenditures and cash flow say on a 40 acre rec purchase. It sure would educate a guy like me who wants in on the game, but has no idea what is expected down of a 40 acre rec piece at 5k per acre, the monies needed to maintain it for a deer hunting property, and what I could potentially get for a cash flow from leasing farming acres, select cut of any forestry, or leasing grazing land. I have no idea! But it would be great to see a potential example of a budget in this scenario. Thanks.
