I love this song and I love Brother Swaggart and the way he sings it. I am one of those formerly confused people who attended both Sunday School and church but was never taught anything in either place that was on a deep level. It was all on the surface; no gospel songs or sermons on the sin nature and being saved by the Blood. Even at home which was supposedly a Christian home, there was never any discussion or mention of God or Jesus. How bizarre! I thank God every day for showing me the path I needed to follow to be close to Him, the Holy Spirit and Jesus.
