So cute! I would make access to the upstairs bath from the tv room instead of the bedroom in case there is a friend staying overnight on the couch. So cozy.
These little cottages are so well thought out and designed intelligently. So far, I have seen several of these videos, and I have liked each and every floorplan and house style!!! Why don't BIG home builders do this???
The exterior of the house is attractive. There's no place for coats at either entry. The kitchen is small, but there are pantry cabinets and a bit of counter space in the laundry room. I like that the TV is upstairs in the master suite. Overall, it's a functional plan.
I like how you can make the whole second story an owner's retreat. I would incorporate the vestibule connecting the bathroom and closet into a single owner's bath and turn the bathroom into a 5 piece bath in true elegant fashion. A humble main floor with a lavish suite upstairs would be my take on an already tasteful floorplan.
Love this! I noticed that the downstairs bathroom has two entrances, perfect if you have visitors, upstairs is fabulous!! I absolutely loved it, I now need A) the money for this build and B) the location that gives me a summer all year long! I hate our British weather!
Need a half bath downstairs. The upstairs can be closed off for a complete master bedroom. Wasted space both upstairs and downstairs. Otherwise it is a nice floor plan.
Only 1 mod for me. Do mirror image of counter top so fridge is next to door to outside (because fridge door opens wrong way) making fridge more accessable.
This is well done and uses space and traffic floor very well.....except for the kitchen. I intensely dislike the kitchen. I can't imagine trying to cook there and having to go around the table (essentially through the dining area) to get to the other half of the kitchen. I suggest moving the service hall doorway to the other side of the wall it is on, nearer to the rear entry. At least you can have an L-shaped kitchen with that space. The pantry space would have to be accessed from the laundry room, unfortunately. It's not ideal but people do keep kitchen items in another storeroom or their basements, so it is not unreasonable.
❤❤❤Wow, this House is Perfect ❤❤❤, Thank you
I still like your floorplans and house designs the best.
Thank you!! 😊

Good use of space. Smart to put the laundry in the entryway.
Thank you!! 😊
I love everything about it and would not change a thing

Love the outside, hate the inside.
