I am a proud investor and IFA. This development will transform Ridgeways/Ruanda forever. I believe it is one of the best residential/commercial location in the city today.
Did you mean Runda? Which has nothing to do with this project for it is a different location.

They constructed 2 projects only to bait clients - Alma in Rwaka & Amara Ridge (10 house project), that's it! They then put up 9 more animations like this for imaginary gated communities & pple haemorrhaged cash for them after viewing the 2 completed projects. Even their own over the top headquarters- Cytonn Towers was never done.! If they wldn't construct their own offices, why wld they do any other project for anyone else?
It's a few yrs that has passed since this well crafted ad (animated video), billion dollar question is, has the project been completed or has it or was it ever initiated? Pls someone or somebody out there update me on the progress, or else I will agree with the notion of +king mere pep talk with his sister bout "CORRUPT AIR POCKET PROJECTS IN KENYA ".....

Nope. The Ruaka one they call it The Alma. Another great one but smaller compared to this.
