  • 🔥 My AI Agents are EDITING VIDEOS NOW - IMAGINE WHATS NEXT!?
But just because they can doesn't mean they're the best option for compute usage.
Will a powerful o3-mini prompt do the job? What about a chain of o3-mini calls as a prompt chain?
In this video you find out when to Prompt vs Prompt Chain (agentic workflow) vs build an AI Agent

You are a terrific problem solver and one of the very few “applied AI” channels that is educational even for advanced AI engineers. You solve really interesting problems. Thank you for liberally sharing your knowledge.

Love to see how you are also going to the TS side!
I made the move from Python to TS for better performance and catching error on compile instead of at runtime.
I am surprised that the editing tool call did not perform well.

Can you evaluate the output automatically, basically true/false with prompt, like: "Could the output be considered correct?"
Alternatively, more such prompts can be tested, like "Is the output obviously wrong?"
BTW: thank you for running these tests. It's great that you are building up your battery of tests to validate different LLM's.

Good stuff! Oh and your hands moving around in the background are distracting.

thanks for the video and demo. with some thoughts on my recent works, i’m thinking is this the prefer way to use reasoning model? like, in the third part, still based on the curated instructions.

and may i know the reason why you’d like to use the single-element messages that contains your manually updated prompt for the llm in the third design, instead of use “multi-turn conversions” way? is this a consideration on such potential limitations on (so far) reasoning model? thanks.

@IndyDevDan Do we have details on building/using file editor agent mentioned in the beginning?

It’s very annoying that ad breaks happen right when the chapter in the video changes. The issue is that you use a piano build-up, then suddenly a loud ad starts, along with image blinking. The image appears for 0.5 seconds, then the ad interrupts, and after the ad, the image returns. This creates too much visual and audio noise. But your videos are great and informative, thanks for your work.

feedback: if a random stranger clicks on the (admittedly typical these days) clickbaity Video title "My o3-mini AI Agent for Video Editing" .. that stranger probably expects a supershort before/after demo with a real video somewhere within the 35 minutes (prob. smart to put it in the front as a teaser), to show some success. Pretty irritating when that is missing. ;)

@ no I just meant I thought he actually made something that actually edits videos, transcript stuff isn’t that amazing anyone can just pop a transcript into o1/3 and say removes the “uhs” and any other fillers lol

@@EDashMan that's literally video editing lol. video editing contains many things. transcripts is one of them. i know youtubers that use descript just for that & someone also has a native app for this.
