AN EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE...
INGREDIENTS
180g all purpose flour - 1½ cup
25g cocoa powder- ¼cup
1 tsp baking powder -5gms
⅓ tsp salt- 2gms
90g caster sugar
240ml water - 1 cup
80ml oil- ⅓cup
1 tbsp white vinegar - 15ml
1 tbsp vanilla essence/extract
Note: This eggless cake does not rise as good as cakes with eggs.
