Nice video. But u didn't mention some things: (1) Name of the mild liquid for cleaning cast iron utensils. (2) Should we use low high or medium temperature while using Cast Iron vessels. As per my experience if you are using Large size Cast Iron Vessels on Induction Cooktop, High Temperatures are a MUST. On Induction Cooktops Large Cast Iron Vessels will take too long to get heated if medium temperature is used. Even food won't cook properly. But allowing High Temperatures consumes High Electricity Wattage and consequently High Electric Bills. So for Induction Cooktops ONLY small and medium size Cast Iron Vessels are recommended. NEVER EVER buy a large one for Induction Cooktop.

Kia muje cooked vegetables ko immediately cast iron kadai se nikaal lena hai???? And kia hum is mei vegetables ko reheat kar sakte hai???? Plz reply mam... Its my request mam....

Hi, how did u take your cast iron to india? We live in USA and I want to take my favorite utensils to India. Just want to know how u carried your heavy duty vessel.
Actually, we packed our heavy vessels and a few more stuff in the carton boxes. And we are 4 members in our family so 8 baggage were allowed. Secondly, our company paid us for our extra baggage. It was our company policy that if you are coming back offshore they pay some extra bucks for luggage. So that's how we managed to bring this stuff. Some of our friends sent their stuff through the ship. It took 2 months to get their stuff but that is also a good and budget-friendly way.

Avoid cooking any sour dishes which may react with the cast-iron.. tomato in dal is a potential problem...
