It's got 696cc. HP on the twins was just to sucker people. A 14hp twin has the same cc as 16hptwin, 18hp twin and 18 half hp twin. I've never seen a 12hp twin but it looks the same as my 14hp twin from 1984.

Mines all old and used but the same just not new they're doing better than kohler they both get the same gas and gas treatment but Biggs does better
