Have you ever heard of the clips coming out on one side of the hose by it self, or would it mean it was never clicked in properly? I replaced my top and bottom hose last week on my S550 and when opened the hood after driving it, I saw spots of dried antifreeze everywhere. Upon looking at the hose connections I noticed one side of the male hose end was not clicked in by the clip. I got under the car and pushed on it a few times and heard it click. Now I'm wondering if it will come loose on its own because the clip is stretched out or worn, or just maybe I never had it clipped in on that side to begin with.
1:11 I can't seem to get the hose out no matter what I do. I pull the clip out as show, remove the clip, put it back in etc. However not matter what I do the hose will not disengage?
If the coolant is still in the system you can start the engine and allow it to warm up slowly as you watch it carefully. After the engine temp is around 140 you can shut the engine off and let it cool. When it is cool enough to no longer burn you, try to wiggle out the hose fitting. Stay safe - Good luck

Check if the radiator neck is worn out. Otherwise it may have popped out because it was fully seated and vibrated loose.

Try penetrating oil at the hose coupling, let is soak.
