I’m guessing Patrick didn’t tell Anna that Robin’s HIV status was unstable due to Lisa Niles, since Anna has no idea who Lisa Niles is. didn’t find out till the funeral.. And is so right Robin does keep the people that she loves in the dark. she didn’t tell Patrick about her HIV status. she didn’t tell Patrick the truth when Victor Cassadine coerced her to leave. she didn’t tell her mother what the hell she was going through because of Lisa Niles.
She told Patrick is was leaving to help Jason (which was true, but left parts out) and when the whole reason was given, she couldn't tell. The reasons were stupid and then her return was fast-tracked for the exit. They could have spent less time on the rescue and more on the saying goodbyes
What would have been interesting is if Emma overheard something Patrick and Robin said about Lisa and Emma would say to Anna "mommy and daddy were sad because of a bad woman
Anna is always the one person Robin can admit she was wrong to. They've always had a close mother/daughter relationship, which I appreciate.
