Northern California APEX Accelerator (Norcal APEX Accelerator) is a government funded nonprofit formed to help small businesses find, bid on, and win contracts with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies. Over 90 Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) - with over 300 local offices - form a nationwide network of more than 600 dedicated procurement professionals who work to help local businesses successfully sell their products and services to government agencies.
Our mission is to advance entrepreneurship and economic growth through procurement technical assistance for all businesses in Northern California. We help our clients identify, obtain, and perform on prime and subcontracting opportunities with local, state, tribal and federal governments. We support all businesses in our service area, with an outreach emphasis on underserved businesses such as women, minority, LGBTQ+, and veteran owned businesses, and businesses located in low-wealth, rural, or disaster impacted areas.

She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or to answer these questions.. she just seemed bothered. There was no kind of excitement, joy or happiness in her tone. She sounded like she dreaded being there and just wanted to get it done and over with. when the questions were over she said yay! 🎉 She’s a bad representation for that company. someone asked a question and she replied with I already answered that. Or a couple of times she said I don’t have the answer to that . I heard her say I can’t answer that and I don’t have the answer to that a couple of times.. she never answered any of the questions with any extra details and never elaborated on the answers.
I can’t get over how she sounded and the answers she gave for some of the questions. Whoever thought it was a good idea for her to get up there and answer those questions need to be fired along with her. I never comment on anything but I was bothered by her tone, her answers and her energy. She just seemed so negative.
Omg you don't have a better speaker? If I hear another "um" I'm gonna pull my hair out!! Her lack of good public speaking, distracts from the info
