This Vale do Lobo townhouse is a rare find and is actually quite iconic as one of the original Vale do Lobo builds. So close to the beach and all the resort amenities, plus loads of potential for a renovation. Please let us know, what would you do with this house if it was your holiday home? Also, we'd like to ask you a favour, if you could like this video and subscribe to our channel, we'll continue to do our best to make the most informative and enjoyable video tours for you, covering the latest properties for sale in the Algarve. I really like this property, it's charming. I love the old terracotta tiled floors. It's very 'Algarve'... and besides freshening up and paint, the ground floor looks quite good! I can see how opening up the top floor gives it a feel of more space (that 'living room' looks very tight as it is with a big leather sofa)... but I'd try to keep the more 'rustic' (as you would say) look... open it but keep the charm and maybe a bit of update in the kitchen. It's kind of a gem!!
Your idea to maintain a rustic Algarve look is great, as it would hold onto the historical charm of the property - which is what makes it so special in the first place. Thank you again for sharing your ideas!
