- Rebbe Nachman's one advice for every situation, and much more!
Rebbe Nachman, a great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, revived the Hasidic Jewish movement by combining the esoteric secrets of Judaism (the Kabbalah) with in-depth Torah scholarship. He attracted thousands of followers during his lifetime, and his influence continues today through many Hasidic movements such as Breslov Hasidism. Rebbe Nachman's religious philosophy revolved around closeness to God and speaking to God in normal conversation "as you would with a best friend." The concept of hitbodedut is central to his thinking.

Rav Dror is aware that souls from the Lost Tribes of Israel are scattered throughout the world and desire to return to their spiritual roots. These people are not born Jewish, because they are not from the Tribe of Judah who makes up the Jewish people of today. Rather, they are souls from the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel. Rav Dror teaches that at the time of the Final Redemption when the true Messiah will be revealed to the world, all souls with roots in the Tribes of Israel will be rejoined to the Nation of Israel, and will join in building the Eternal Third Temple in Jerusalem.

May the Creator Bless you always.
Thank you so much, this message is the help I need so much
You are so welcome
thank you for your words of wisdom.
I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to happiness is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be happy in the present. And I think we should spend most our time in the present because happiness is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you happiness. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. Peace and love mis amigos eternos :)

I get sometimes blocked in prayer between all the things to thank HaShem first, then trying to remember what to confess to HaShem during my 15 minutes teshuva, that I never see the beginning to start talking about what is bothering me in the present
