Poor Hirakawa kkkk No one calls him for his first name. And I confess! I did this too. I was watching Jojo and I was like "Daisuke" for Daisuke Ono and "Hirakawa" for Daisuke Hirakawa.
I know!!! Namikawa loves teasing him!! I usually call them all by their last names since they all have the same first name. I've only ever heard one seiyuu call Hirakawa by his first name and I'm thinking about translating that next!
