Thanks great video ordered the Broadcom BCM70012 I didn't get the New Broadcom BCM70015 Installed it pre installed on thumb drive ubuntu and now the card this thing is amazing I put my apple Tv 2 to the side thanks again... no problems can't wait to watch some 3D movies on Navi x now.
I just took mine out of the old stuff box to play with it again. I turned it on for a while and then suddenly it simply turned off... now, when I turn it on, it runs for a few seconds and shuts down. I have to wait for a bit to try turning on again. any ideia?
If the Crystal HD card is installed can the Apple TV still be used as it was made or does it have to be loaded with XMBC or KODI? I like the ideas of watch HD content, but would like to use it with original software as intended. Is that possible?

so when you install this card does it get rid of wifi?

Since you are removing the Internal Wifi Card, you would need to get a USB Wifi Dongle if you want Wifi capabilities.
