Is anyone else bothered when slim women discourages everyone else from losing weight? I see this a lot in the intuitive space.

I have thought this too… I loved this conversation to kind of open the door to a place I’d love to live - trusting my body and intuitively eating.

So telling obese people that they’re unhealthy ..is racist and based on the patriarchy (at 31 minutes) - thank for making that view clear - I can now ignore everything you have to say and focus on caring for those damaged by beliefs such as yours. No you’re not ‘the expert about your body’ unless you’ve study medicine or physiology- this is just pandering… and its ironically deeply patronising to those of us who go to people actually know what they’re talking about.

I love keeping an open mind to others’ perspectives.. especially when their lived experience is different than mine. Thanks for watching!
