The introduction of Death is one of my favorite supernatural scenes ever, but the Reaper killing the girl to Blue Oyster Cult?? THAT is freakin classic
I was watching that scene with my old man, so he tell me, he was send it to jail 1969 so after been sentenced, he was drafted,so 8 weeks later, after finish the bootcamp he say, he was so screwed, just like Dean and Sam say. My dad, never talk about Vietnam, so that mean's, he love's this show
Scene wasn't deleted, it was shown before or after the ending credits in this episode. So we have the scene that made it into the episode & the one that everyone knows. But it was IN the episode Yellow Fever also.
Come one that Alice in Chains moment deserves a higher rank, it was a classic Supernatural scene. Straight badass! 'The first line of the song 'Ain't found a way to kill me yet' pretty much sums up Sam & Dean's lives.
"Heat of the moment" should've been on your list. With Dean? waking up every morning the same day over and over with that song on the alarm clock. Also "carry on my wayward son" from kansas for The Road So Far.
Oh Death is my favorite like many others. I also love In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida which is a song that not as much used in movies or TV, it was excellently used in the 1986 movie Manhunter.
It's hard to believe we have about eight episodes left of the best show in the history of television too watch the actors have about three episodes left to shoot and a month left of filming hard to believe the one show we thought would never end is ending
I saw this comment 7 months ago but I was only on season 12 then. I saved a screenshot of it for the moment I got to that scene so I could come back and say whether I agreed or not. I absolutely fucking agree.
@@CoastDreamz Season 14 finale, 'God was never on your side' Motorhead. Season 7 'Born to be wild'. Sure, they are far and few between, especially since Kripke left, but still there. You are one hundred percent right though, the show's apex time was under Kripke.
I have no idea what song was used to for the scene of angle fall from heaven but honestly that was grand and powerful felt like I should watch that on big screen
I lived horror for 3.5 decades as MI6 special branch, I lost everyone I love enemies seeking revenge. I am/was MI6 Special Branch - look up in Wiki. I am real life basis for Dean Winchester / Supernatural Show. Eric Kripke interviewed me in 2001, wrote mi classified biography as a real life James Bond & produced a show based on mi real life of horror & hell. I hunted serial killers, pedophiles, assassins, warmongers, sex slavers, sexual predators, punished thousands... And All I can remember is how mani children & women died before I could rescue them.
you think of death in the later seasons (before 10) then you see that and you just know they dialed down his badassness for the rest of his appearances.
Really got back into classic rock thanks to supernatural. The early seasons are definitely the best in terms of classic rock. Some really kick ass tunes.
3:38 is Jared singing “want it “ and it is soooooooo good I love Jared and think he should sing more ( only if he wants I’m not trying to force anybody) Like if you think he should sing more
My favorite is The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes" in episode 10x18 when it turns out Sam didn't burn that magic book? I like how they used the natural change in the music to go with the scene! That's the thing: not only did this show have great music, but it always knew just what to do with it!
I feel like you missed two god was never on your side from the season 14 finale and born to be wild from season 7 when baby returns with meg driving it
I really do not understand why CW didn't release the Supernatural soundtrack, they really bad business people. But, in the top 10 they should have included "Can't stop that Feeling", the song stack in Dean's head with Jo's.
The fact that they added rooster at 9 kinda makes me laugh cuz the lyrics in a way relate to Sam and dean in the sense that literally nothing has found a way to kill them yet …. Well at least permanently
Eleni Deamant : Bob Seger is one of my favorites & Turn the Page and try Fire Down Below(also Bob Seager)both sort of theme songs for me in my youth and so awesome and yes Dean songs too!!🎵🎤🎶👌🍻
Thank you for sharing this. I’ve only ever seen Supernatural on Netflix and the producers didn’t secure the music rights for the streaming services, so the music isn’t as good.
They have some of the absolute best music moments ever. Supernatural was what introduced me to classic rock.
Dudee, same! 😎
Same
Absolutely the best 😃
Same Brotha
Me too!! And my dad lol
The introduction of Death is one of my favorite supernatural scenes ever, but the Reaper killing the girl to Blue Oyster Cult?? THAT is freakin classic
What season is the reaper kill?
@@felicitysmoakandwillgraham6453 Season 1 Episode 12 Faith
@@garionfan1 sadly the American Netflix version doesn’t have Don’t fear the reaper in it for some stupid reason
YES!!! Don't fear the reaper was one of the best songs of rock history
what was the introduction of Death again?
Styx's Renegade is one of my favorite songs of all the time. When I saw this episode and they ended with it, I've never seen anything more perfect!
Renegade is an amazing song
i think abt that scene all the time
Oh death is by far one of the best moments in tv history
Roland Axelsson
At least the best introduction to a character in tv history.
Yr,Wright
Long Leve
SUPERNATURAL.
When they sing Bon Jovi together I literally cannot stop smiling its so amazing
same tho
Macklin to me this is a sad moment...
I literally was singing along with them when I watched it 😂
I love it when they sing together
It makes me feel sad
That "WE ARE SO SCREWED" gives me goosebumps every freakin time🔥
That moment gives me chills every time I watch it.
I was watching that scene with my old man, so he tell me, he was send it to jail 1969 so after been sentenced, he was drafted,so 8 weeks later, after finish the bootcamp he say, he was so screwed, just like Dean and Sam say.
My dad, never talk about Vietnam, so that mean's, he love's this show
I think special mentions need to go to "carry on my wayward son" and "eye of the tiger" from the deleted scene of Yellow Fever
Deleted? Saw it on Netflix and they put in there
Scene wasn't deleted, it was shown before or after the ending credits in this episode. So we have the scene that made it into the episode & the one that everyone knows. But it was IN the episode Yellow Fever also.
Death is the only SN character that makes me go "oh fuck" than I watched season 10 I'm sad
ha
@Holden Mcgroine he's talking about actor of death, not the character
"I am more powerful than you can process yet I am enslaved to a bratty child having a tantrum"
~Death
Raiduh
How old and powerful is Death he said this about Lucifer Satan himself
Sam's "wanted" for the bon jovi song is the cutest thing ever!
#3 is what got me addicted to this show. Perfect Song, Perfect Moment
LordFuzzy32 so so true!!!
Come one that Alice in Chains moment deserves a higher rank, it was a classic Supernatural scene. Straight badass! 'The first line of the song 'Ain't found a way to kill me yet' pretty much sums up Sam & Dean's lives.
English Muffin Exactly. That and the „Renegade“ moment are my absolute favourite Supernatural moments !
Definitely
"Think how you'd feel if a bacteria sat at your table and started to get snarky"
My all time favorite Death quote.
"Heat of the moment" should've been on your list.
With Dean? waking up every morning the same day over and over with that song on the alarm clock.
Also "carry on my wayward son" from kansas for The Road So Far.
yes thi
It was Sam who woke up
And Cold as ice ;)
And “Fell On Black Days”
And you shook me all night long from their season 4 recap
This show was so damn good seasons 1-5
I get chills every time I watch deaths intro, it’s amazing
Should've also included Knocking on heaven's door from 'The Dark side of the moon' and what a wonderful world from 'what is and what should never be'.
This is so incredibly beautiful to me, I love that they used the original rather than the G&R cover
The introduction of Death was cinematic perfection with the music choice reinforcing that perfection.
Rock of Ages from Swan Song and O Death from Two Minutes to Midnight will always be my absolute favorites. Not counting Carry On from Fanfiction
Fan fiction is a great episode from season ten
No Asia?
"Yeah. I know, this station sucks."
“Will you turn that thing off!?”
“What! You kiddin’ me! This isn’t the most beautiful song you’ve ever heard!?”
Roosters the most bad ass song in supernatural
maybe its just one of my personal favorites but i think house of the rising sun should be up there
Timothy Thompson damn straight!
YES
They easily have the best music selection for their scenes just amazing
The bon jovi one always hurts
I remember the "Bon Jovi rocks.... on occasion" was what convinced me to keep watching SPN in the beginning
Death's introduction is one of the best character introductions in TV history
I like classic rock, so yeah, watching Supernatural really gives the right vibe. Badass music for badass series. True fan can recognize
Who else couldnt stand classic rock until watching Supernatural and now has and entire Spotify playlist for it
Oh Death is my favorite like many others. I also love In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida which is a song that not as much used in movies or TV, it was excellently used in the 1986 movie Manhunter.
It was used in Resident Evil: Extinction, you know In-A-Gadda-Da-Vada.
I love these two guys, something else! The music from back in the day, gives certain scenes that classic touch! 🎶
the death scene with "i am no one" seems to me to be one of the best scenes in the entire series. It is epic. It gives me the chills.
Rooster should have been #1... but I'm a Diehard Chainer too so :)
Now the #1 song would have to be “God Was Never on Your Side” from the season 14 finale.
I couldn't agree more
Agreed
Tbh the best and most epic season ending ever on tv history, it was like OMFG, goosebumps all over our bodies
It's hard to believe we have about eight episodes left of the best show in the history of television too watch the actors have about three episodes left to shoot and a month left of filming hard to believe the one show we thought would never end is ending

It's pretty telling that there's nothing after season 5. Sad. No one but Kripke seems to think music should be prioritized and funded.
Dude, the first clip of the vídeo is from season 6
@@dell988 - right. I forgot that first clip by the time the video was done. One moment from season 6. Still nothing after that.

@@dell988 , lol, thanks for correcting me again. 😉
I just miss the overall vibe we had in the early seasons and music was part of that.
@@CoastDreamz Yeah, I agree.
Goodbye Stranger, Spirit in the Sky, Behind Blue Eyes, Knocking on Heaven's Door, Shake it Off, and Eye of the Tiger?
I have no idea what song was used to for the scene of angle fall from heaven but honestly that was grand and powerful felt like I should watch that on big screen
#3 is my favorite moment out of season two
The Fell On Black Days scene is also freakin amazing
death's song is by far the creepiest in the series
Best friggin music in a tv series EVERRRRRR
I tried to like every comment but my thumb went numb. Kick ass show with kick ass music!

“Born to be Wild” in the Season 7 finale is definitely on the list!
Number 8 is the scene which made me fall in love with supernatural and classic rock!
I can not listen to 'Wanted Dead or Alive' without crying buckets. I only think of the episode.
Ok the oh, death is amazing too. Gives me literal chills

#4 "...I see the mean in your faces and I've rocked 'em all..."? Makes you wonder who did the captions. Obviously not a Bon Jovi fan.
Thanks alot that you re uploaded your video. This is awesome. Specially now after the series ended. Was a great ride for 15 years.
3:38 is Jared singing “want it “ and it is soooooooo good I love Jared and think he should sing more ( only if he wants I’m not trying to force anybody)
Like if you think he should sing more
Notice how most of these kickass moments are from kripke's era
No complaints about any of this selections love all these songs
All great picks... my personal favourite is the In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida intro with shifter Dean
Simple man and wayward son were best songs i ever heard and knew them from this series
I’m so glad this list exists
Ok but like for the first one WHY WAS I ALREADY SUPER EXCITED! I knew what was going on but I’m not even at that season
LOVE the lawyer at #9!!

Renegade should have been first. It totally matches the scene.
JARED IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SINGER AND ACTOR....THE WAY HE ACTED THE SCENE....ITS...DEAD OR ALIVE..THAT HIGH NOTE
Pretty good but you had the swat escape scene in twice and I cant believe Cas remembering he's an angel outside of the hospital isn't one!
WTF?! KANSAS?! HELLO!!!
Do you even watch the show?!
Also what about Simple Man?!
Silent Lucidity?
ArcherN85 this video is made based on the makers personal favorites. No need for the rude comments
#9 is my personal favorite i don’t know why .. it just gets me
Who else's got this recommend 12 years later oh shit wrong timeline
7:55 best scene in probably all of supernatural besides yellow fever but u can’t beat that one
Have you ever heard Turn the Page sung by Bob Seger??? I think it totally fits Dean's character... Give it a try.
Eleni Deamant : Bob Seger is one of my favorites & Turn the Page and try Fire Down Below(also Bob Seager)both sort of theme songs for me in my youth and so awesome and yes Dean songs too!!🎵🎤🎶👌🍻

Don't "night moves" me?
I love classic rock and when I first watched supernatural it made me love the show even more ❤️
Back in Black for Baby's first time back on the road in season 2 was the most perfect thing.
Don't know if it was just my phone, but when back in black played, it kept cutting out. Is it just me?
Dud it for me too.
I mostly agree with the choices but #1 is absolutely perfectly spot on!
Could not agree more with your choices!!!!!
This is the perfect list, some honroable mentions are
black water from season 6 and Goodbye stranger season 7
I would've included Emanuel!Cas killing demons with meg and Dean watching but that song didn't have words, it was just a kick ass music piece
One of my favs ❤️
Where is Stranglehold from the beginning of season 2?
Deaths gives me chills no pun intended
That's... not a pun

God was never on your side easily makes top 3
