Tom New it could actually be representative of that building’s current use. It was an artist housing building in Baltimore near MICA where Peggy went to art school. The city said it wasn’t up to code and made everyone leave. Sadly, they haven’t done anything to improve the conditions of the building so that people can move back in. Sorry for the long response but I went to University of Baltimore and spent a lot of time in that area as well so I love this lol
